Context

Techademy ran LinkedIn as a standing demand engine, not one-off campaigns. Over five years the account grew to 1,662 ads. The job was not to make more ads, it was to find which creative and offer combinations actually converted, then reuse them across segments instead of starting from zero each time.

My Role

I owned paid strategy, creative direction, and audience segmentation across the LinkedIn account.

What I Built

A segment-reuse model: the same core creative, 'Addressing Engagement in Learning and Development,' was targeted separately at Delivery/Tech, CXO Non-Tech, and HR Non-Tech audiences rather than building three different ads. A document-ad program turning the ebook catalog into lead magnets with native LinkedIn lead-gen forms, so a download converts inside the feed instead of bouncing to a landing page. A parallel content-partner recruitment campaign run across 13 creative variations to source subject-matter contributors.
